We dicussed, wrote and draw bits of Heartstones from the end of volume two. Parts of it is inspired by the animation film Anastasia and we both did a prompt athon from it.
But we both agreed that our finest work came from it, and well I can't wait to end to see how Kathryn draws this. The skecthes and little pictures she did earlier look fantastic and I know (one picture in particular) will look brilliant when it's coloured in and is part of the comic for real.
I can't wait.
So other than that we went trick or treatng (whcih is something I don't do particulary often, my mothers never been that fond of it but it was fun dressing up as a pirate!)and going very hyperm flopping in the middle of the Dark Knight and just generally having a good time we've not done anything else.
It's been great, I can't wait to scan the pictures in so I can write it.
My destroyers short story that I did for an half an hour writing challenge the other week is going to be made into a small comic. It's official, Kathryn loved it and sugessted it and I know she's got a point. So I'm going to do it.
I'll write that soon. We've got a lot of other little work for it to do. You see if anything, Heartstone Odyssey has shown me so much.
I love it.
Should I type and upload the promptathons from last night? They might be quite good as little standalone stories.
